Software Engineer [Programmer Analyst II]

Since joining Amazon as a contract L4 Programmer Analyst in June 2021 and transitioning to a full-time role in June 2022, I have advanced to the position of Programmer Analyst-II. My tenure has been marked by significant contributions to critical projects, including system enhancements, service migrations, and business launches within the Merchant Fulfillment Network Transportation Team (MTT).

Notably, I played a key role in the USPS launch, onboarding a business that handles an average of 400,000 buy shipping purchase calls per day, resulting in significant profits. I have primarily worked with Java-based data and utilized multiple AWS services in my daily tasks, creating numerous scripts to access and manage these resources.

Additionally, I independently tackled multiple backlog items outside of sprints to proactively address upcoming issues and mentored team members and colleagues across other teams. I also handled multiple rate card changes and critical ID changes, ensuring that no failures occurred in production despite the sensitivity of these changes.

Outside of engineering, I enjoy playing table tennis, Football, Carrom, Baminton and cricket, and I cherish spending quality time with my family and friends. I am also a big fan of TFI (Telugu Film Industry) and have a deep affinity for Hyderabad, my hometown.

I am not only a very good listener, attentive to others' perspectives and concerns, but I also thrive in diverse outdoor settings, comfortable and adaptable to any environment. If anyone seeks company while going out, I am happy to be that person.
